The property was designed by the renowned architect Pedro
Rodriguez Flores for a prestigious and influential Puerto Rican
family. The estate’s main bungalow and the four adjacent casitas
served as the family’s vacation home, a retreat to which they could
escape the hustle and bustle of life. Now it can be your retreat. In
Spanish “Una Quinta” means an estate. Since it is our heartfelt
desire to preserve the history and origins of this exquisite property,
we started with our name, Las Quintas Reserve.

COMING SOON, seasonally, Las Quintas Reserve will offer our guests the services of a private in-house chef creating the most delightful gastronomic experiences. We will be letting our guests know prior through our Web Page and social media platforms so they can book the experience in advance.

The restaurant offers a continental breakfast (included) every morning and a tapas menu from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, but given our remoteness, menus for the tapas must be selected a day prior. Our property faces west, which means it offers the most spectacular sunsets, draping a golden hue over the view of the Luis Peña Nature Reserve. Naturally, sunsets are accompanied every day by the aptly named Sunset at Las Quintas from 5:00pm to 7:00pm were you can order drinks with tapas.

There are several ways to get to Culebra Island. You can fly in from either Luis Munoz Marin International Airport, Isla Grande airport or the Ceiba airport. Most come by ferry that departs from the town of Ceiba, just a 40 minute drive from San Juan. 
Once here, Las Quintas Reserve’s location is unique in that it is convenient to many of the island’s charms without sacrificing its privacy and seclusion. The property is a five minute drive from both the ferry dock and town where you can find restaurants, markets and bars. It is walking distance to Melones Beach, where you can experience some of the best snorkeling on the island. A 10 minute drive can take you to the airport or to the world renown Flamenco Beach.
